Fifteen Years in Focus: How One Idea Became the Story of DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK

Logistics does not start with a route. It starts with an idea — to find a solution where others see a task as too complex. Fifteen years ago, such an idea became the starting point for the creation of DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK.

Every company has its first frame. For DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK, it began in 2011 with the decision to create a transport company capable of not just organizing shipments, but deeply immersing itself in the client's tasks and finding professional solutions for them. Behind this idea was a person who laid the foundation for the future company — Denis Svanyuta. It was his entrepreneurial vision that started a history which, over fifteen years, has evolved into a team, an international partner network, proprietary infrastructure, and expertise in complex logistics.

Then came years of work, development, and constant forward movement. Markets changed, supply geographies shifted, transport schemes evolved, and business requirements grew. Competencies broadened, new directions emerged, and the team took shape. But the initial principle remained unchanged: understand the client's task and find a solution that works in real-world conditions.

Today, we invite you to flip through fifteen years of DAS GLOBAL LOGISTICS history — frame by frame.

2011–2015. THE BEGINNING. THE FIRST FRAME
Any great story starts with a first step.
On October 7, 2011, DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK began operations as an international transport company. By December, the first significant contract was signed with a major international supplier of industrial equipment. It was only the first frame, but even then, the approach was being formed that would later become one of the company's core principles: a complex task requires not a templated answer, but a well-thought-out solution.
In 2012, the company obtained the status of a customs representative. The first goods declarations were filed at the Sheremetyevo and Moscow Regional customs offices, and the development of comprehensive logistics solutions for various industries began.
In 2013, DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK joined the WCA alliance. The formation of an international agency network began, the regional customs clearance network broadened, and multimodal transport services developed.
In 2014, the company strengthened cooperation with Asia-Pacific countries, implemented a responsible storage warehouse project, and received a certificate from the international association TIACA.
The year 2015 became a new point of growth. Branches opened in St. Petersburg and Vladivostok, a regular container shipping service was launched via the port of Vladivostok to Moscow and other regions of Russia, as well as LCL services from Southeast Asian countries. Internal processes began transitioning to modern IT solutions.
Over the first five years, the foundation of the future system was formed: international connections, customs expertise, regional infrastructure, warehousing capabilities, and a wide range of transport solutions. The idea with which the company started gradually became a working system.

2016–2020. PLOT DEVELOPMENT. SCALING AND NEW HORIZONS
The next five years became a period of active development.
In 2016, DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK broadened its agency network in the major ports of Southeast Asia and implemented an automated document management system.
In 2017, the company entered new market segments and strengthened its project and out-of-gauge cargo division, becoming a member of the WCA PROJECTS international alliance.
In 2018, participation in international industry events and cooperation with foreign industrial companies continued: Sino-International Conference Freight Forwarders Conference (Shanghai, China), GPLN Conference (Bremen, Germany).
2019 was one of the key stages. The company participated in WCA and WCA PROJECTS conferences, the BREAKBULK EUROPE international exhibition (Bremen, Germany), the Russia-Africa Summit (Moscow, Russia), and the Eastern Economic Forum (Vladivostok, Russia), broadened business ties with partners in Asia and Africa, and joined the Global Project Logistics Network and OPCA logistics alliances. It was during this period that project logistics firmly established itself as one of the key directions of DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK.
In 2020, a new warehouse complex "DAS-3PL" opened, the company's official website was updated, and the development of project, heavy, and out-of-gauge transportation directions continued.
The company grew, but along with the scale, so did the responsibility. Individual services gradually merged into a unified system capable of solving increasingly complex tasks. Thus, the initial idea turned into a large-scale project, and the project into a company with its own expertise and character.

2021–2025. A NEW CHAPTER. EXPERTISE, PROJECTS, AND TECHNOLOGIES
In 2021, the company launched the large-scale DASLAB project — an internal research and educational center aimed at developing expertise in customs clearance and international logistics, and signed contracts with major representatives of the industrial sector.
At the end of the year, DAS GLOBAL LOGISTICS received WCA PROJECTS, WCA INTER GLOBAL, and GLA FAMILY certificates.
From 2022 to 2025, the company continued to develop international ties and participate in industry events: BreakBulk Middle East exhibition (Dubai, UAE), Heavy Caspian conference (Tashkent, Uzbekistan), INO Summit (Istanbul, Turkey), Global Freight Summit (Dubai, UAE), BreakBulk Europe exhibition (Rotterdam, Netherlands), China Export & Trade Fest conference (Moscow, Russia), and Miningconf conference (Moscow, Russia).
In 2025, DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK became a member of the ALN and TWIG international logistics networks.
Simultaneously, the scale of the tasks themselves changed. The company's portfolio includes equipment for the industrial and mining sectors, drilling rigs, machine tools, oversized equipment, and heavy, long, and out-of-gauge cargo. During this period, large-scale logistics projects were implemented with cargo weighing 140, 145, 200, and 720 tons. In parallel, digital tools are being developed that make processes more transparent, accelerate information exchange, and help manage operations more efficiently.
But behind any technology, a person still stands. It is the specialist who assesses the situation, sees the risks, weighs the opportunities, and makes a decision. Therefore, today, professional expertise and technology work not instead of each other, but together.

2026. THE MAIN FRAME
Fifteen years is a significant date for a company. But an anniversary is not just an opportunity to look back.
It is a moment when it is especially clear how the initial idea becomes part of a larger history.
Today, DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK has a regional network, proprietary warehouse infrastructure, and an international partner base. The company works with clients from various industries and implements tasks that require an individual approach and a deep understanding of cargo specifics.
The company's key metrics: over 75,000 declarations filed, over 800,000,000 kilometers traveled, over 160,000 cargoes transported, over 250 projects implemented, a partner program covering over 200 countries, 24/7 client service, and customs representative status since 2012.
But behind the numbers, there are always people.
Fifteen years ago, one entrepreneurial vision became the beginning of a company. Today, it is backed by employees who make decisions every day, clients who entrust the company with their cargo and tasks, and partners who help build international routes.
It is people who continue to develop the idea with which it all once began.

Word from the CEO of DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK, Natalia Pozhidaeva
"...Fifteen years ago, we had an idea to create a company that would not just organize shipments, but deeply immerse itself in the client's tasks and find professional solutions. Today, looking back on the path we have traveled, I am especially proud of the team we have managed to build. Behind every project, every route, and every result are people — employees, clients, and partners. Over fifteen years, we have developed international directions, strengthened the partner network, broadened competencies in customs clearance and project logistics, created our own infrastructure, and implemented modern technologies. But I am sure that the most interesting part is yet to come. Thank you to our clients for their trust, to our partners for their cooperation, and to our team for their professionalism, responsibility, and energy. Fifteen years is an important date. But for us, it is not the end of the story, but a new starting point..."

EPILOGUE. WHAT'S NEXT?

The market will continue to change: new routes and supply directions will appear, transport infrastructure will transform, and requirements for the speed of information exchange and planning accuracy will grow.
For DAS GLOBAL LOGISTICS, the next stage is the broadening of the international partner network and geographic presence, the development of project logistics, and the implementation of modern digital tools, including solutions based on neural network technologies.
At the same time, the foundation of the work will remain the same: attention to detail, responsibility for the result, and an individual approach to the client's task.
Fifteen years ago, it all started with an idea that was step by step turned into solutions, projects, routes, and relationships with clients and partners.
Today, this story is continued not by one person, but by a large team.

15 YEARS. EVERY FRAME MATTERS.
DAS GLOBAL LOGISTICS.
The story continues…
